PhRMA accepts comments from the general public and health care professionals regarding Direct to Consumer (DTC) advertisements conducted by any signatory company to the PhRMA Guiding Principles on Direct to Consumer Advertisements About Prescription Medicines.
PhRMA reports annually on the nature of the comments and the companies’ response, and provides copies of these reports to the FDA.

Procedures for Sending Comments
If you would like to submit a comment to the PhRMA Office of Accountability about a particular DTC advertisement, please follow these steps:
If your comment relates to an aspect of a signatory company’s advertising that is covered by the Principles, PhRMA will forward your comment to the relevant company for consideration.
