Pathways to Success: Virtual Graduate Summit and Career Expo

Achieving equitable health care requires more inclusive pathways to our industry for a growing workforce. PhRMA’s new Talent Community on LinkedIn aims to help talent find opportunities in the biopharmaceutical industry and foster more inclusive work environments. The community includes our Industry Talent Resume Portal, where applicants can share their resumes with PhRMA member companies and connect about careers across every field.
Report highlights biopharmaceutical industry’s commitment to D&I
PhRMA released a report prepared by TEConomy Partners, LLC that provides insights into the efforts of biopharmaceutical companies to advance diversity & inclusion (D&I) in the workplace, in the communities in which they operate and in the patient communities in which they serve. The report examines the state of accelerating demographic changes and persistent workforce disparities both broadly in corporate America and within the biopharmaceutical industry. The report compiles insights into how the biopharmaceutical industry is increasing opportunities and addressing workplace disparities for underrepresented and underserved populations.
